Generally, the Association maintains the exterior of the buildings, landscaping, private parking, exterior lighting, walkways, roofing, and other common elements of the property in accordance with the Association's governing documents. Additionally, building insurance and refuse pickup are paid for by the Association.

The Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The Board of Directors typically hold monthly Board Meetings and all owners are invited to participate.
